It would be worth cleaning the tension rods. Get it looking nice to attract a buyer. I'm not sure about the price, but I'm sure it's a solid, steam-bent maple shell and it appears to have the original hoops and strainer. Assuming the shell is in good condition then you have a very nice snare. I've owned a couple of Radio Kings, but I'm certainly not qualified to give an appraisal. Best to check eBay sold listings for this model Radio King to get an idea of what people are paying for them these days.
In it's current condition, which is possibly original, I'd give it an estimate of $400-600 dollars. However, pictures of the interior and any missing parts must be disclosed, as well as the shell being in round. Any of these factors could detract from the price heavily.
