I saw a pair of Slingerland COB rims on Ebay and they led to a COB shell, lugs/rods, muffler and a 3 point strainer with a missing knob after checking the sellers "other items". He scrapped what seems to add up to '64 (or so) COB Radio King snare. BIN's on the shell and lugs while the other 3 auctions start at .99 cents. I would think this would be worth more together than it would be in parts since it is a Radio King and, other than the strainer, the parts are just Slingerland parts. What do you all think?

I'd provide a link but I don't know how to yet. (Maybe someone would be kind enough to tell me how.) The seller's name is 4-less if you feel like looking into it

It does look like a parted out COB Radio King. Shame it looks like a nice drum. I don't know how rare they are but I have not seen that many. If your interested shoot him a message and firm up a price to buy everything. He might make a deal?

Alot of sellers on Ebay do this.Part out a drum piece by piece or take a complete set and part that out drum by drum.Lame...Mikey

I know a lot of people do this and it's usually to make more money out of a drum (and it sickens me) but I'm wondering if this one is worth more assembled than it is in parts. In which case, the drum is getting back at the seller.
