[Quote human71] 5 - Definitely NOT a lefty Ludwig, because the rail is centered. [end quote]

Respectfully disagree human71, because the tone control is in the correct position on the mounted tom. See pictures.

Jazzette would have a 12x18 BD.

Never play it the same way once.

Wonder if some sort of snare mechanism would match the holes on the floor tom. The bottom rim in the pic looks like a snare rim.

This...

That bass drum looks like a 14x18 to me which would not make it a true jazzette. The whole rarity of the jazzette come specifically from the 12x18 bass drum. I could be wrong about what size your bass drum is but if I were you, I would measure to make sure. It's really a shame that someone put those huge ugly spurs on there as well.

The color is not all that desireable so if you ever felt like doing a resto which included a re-wrap it might come out nice and you could change the spurs back to the correct ones.

It's a cool little set though for sure. You may want to just clean up as best as you can and play them.

As I maentioned,I have only those pics, drums are not in my possesion. And I have info that distance from out sides of front and rear hoop is 39cm(15,35"),so if we substract two hoop widths ,I think it is 12x18

Here is what a true jazzette looks like. The bass drum is pretty shallow looking. Here is the bass drum next to a 1968 14x22. Hope this helps.
