Identify this lug - AFB 101 USA?

I bought a collection of 40's, 50's era stuff a while back. there was a leedy kit and what appeared to be an owner-built matching floor tom. The generic floor tom itself had to be 40+ years old. These lugs came on it. Inside they are label A.F.B. 101 USA. The build quality definitely puts them pre-1960 in my mind. Anyone have any insight to the mystery lugs? Perhaps the Air Force Base had their own lug model?

I have no definitive answer,but it looks a bit like a kent lug,kind of art deco,but a little simpler or more plain jane than a leedy ludwig gretsch or slingerland.Almost looks like a combination of the Luddy classic lug and a Leedy beavertail.
