I think we all got spoiled because the last few winters have been much warmer than normal. I remember 70 degrees on new years day a couple of years ago. This January we had temps not seen here in 20 years. 3 degrees one morning.

Our third hit in two weeks is due Saturday.

We may be 'snow-wimps' compared to Canadians, but at least our women get to wear skimpy summer outfits for more of the year than up by you! You guys have to spend most of the year looking at this:

I think the people in the US on here should do a house trade with someone below the equator,,from say Sept to March...

Each others minds would be blown...don't you think?

---We may be 'snow-wimps' compared to Canadians (john)

I know all about being a snow wimp!! Here on the Texas coast, good ole' Galveston area, we don't take kindly to cold a#$ weather! Our normal "winter" here is lows in the 40s, highs in the 60s, but as warm as low 70s... with the occasional cold snap that lasts all of 2 days..

This year... WOW!! lows have been in the 20s and highs in the 30s with wind and freezing rain,ice,sleet.. I ain't use to this!! Lawdy!
