Is that a pearl mount?

May be it is.I always thought it was Rogers but is not.

Nice drums.

That is not a Rogers part being used. That is a Japanese knockoff of a Swivomatic tom arm, made by Pearl I think.

Not a Rogers mount. Looks like an Erector set mount...

I think you might be correct...It says made in Japan, but doesn't says Pearl or anything else.
