How many lugs on 1976 14" Ludwig tom?

Hi guys!

Although not very wealthy at the moment, I'm contemplating buying the Ludwig BD and two rack toms someone is selling here, in the unlucky land where vintage Ludwigs are very scarce.

He claims the sizes are 20" bass and 12" and 14" mounted toms. Hard to say from photos, but surely both toms have 6 lugs. Is it possible for a 14" tom from that period to have only 6 lugs? Wouldn't that make it a 13" rather?

I'm not that crazy about 6ply Ludwigs in plain black, but if the tom was 14", I figured I could restore the kit as a jazz outfit, get it some bottom hoops and re-sell it. You wouldn't believe the prices people here ask for even semi-vintage drums.

That's a 22" bass (10 lugs) and those look like 12" and 13" toms.

The standard size 10x14" Tom does only have 6 lugs. The 13x14" tom has ten!

Clubdate64 nailed it. I have a late 70's Luddy kit and the 10x14 is a 6 lugger. I also have a early 80's Luddy kit and the 13x14 is a 10 Lugger, the 16x18 FT is a 8 lugger...weird.
