Hey Rogers Geeks! Check My Last Night's Score Last viewed: 9 hours ago

I cannot believe theres still scores like this to be made!Excited

Laquered maple 4 pc 1963 8x12,14x14,14x20 w/ matching Powertone!!!!

Missing one spur, tom arm and Ft legs...(which I already have!)

I spoke w/ our Rogers guru this morning (The Ploughman) and he situates this set on late 63" early 64". Rare custom order. He have seen a couple of snares on this finish but never a complete set.

Flat grey interiors. Clockface on the snare. Very good condition. Very light scratches on the finish. I just got good luck with luck with Rogers! This will complement the others sets I have: Red wine ripple, Blue ripple, Blue strata, a rare Jasper shelled set and now this babes! wooooow!

Vinny,

These look real good. But, this isnt mahogany. It is maple. It is quite possible it could be original, or, that wrap was removed. Given the appearance of age, it happened a long time ago if that is indeed the case.

Very cool indeed! I've seen Slingerland of the sort, but this is a first viewing of such in Rogers. Nice find!

From what I can see in the pics, the maple looks to be single sheet. I am not sure. If it is a finish grade full width original wood veneer, it is very rare.

And they are three ply drums. That is sweet.

Very nice drums. Congratulations. Are you going to get period hardware to compliment them?
