Here featured my new Powertone COB Snare

Loading...

Hi guys!

I´m really excited about my new acquisition:

Powertone COB 5x14 - Cleveland era - s/n 1295 with Tall Boys Hoops & Clock-face strainer and B&B lugs (see pics).

According my "research" this is an early 1963 version (which is supposed to be one of the first production years of the Power, isn´t it?)

Pls I would like to hear the "R" experts giving me their impressions + further info!! Help2

As usual thanks in advance!! Clapping Happy2

ps: I´m feeling every day more unfaithful with my Ludwig´s girls!! Laughing H Laughing H

Wow that's a beauty Heraldo! Very nice find. You have been scoring some nice ones lately too!! Excellent job. There's a very nice fix for those B&B lugs with cracks when you feel it's time. Enjoy~!

Glenn.

Not a guru just havin fun with some old dusty drums.

I had one just like yours that I sold to MickM about two years ago. It's a great sounding and very versatile snare drum. Enjoy it for many years to come... congrats.

John

Too many great drums to list here!
