Just purchased this snare have been trying to identify it for the last few hours with no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I picked up the snare and took a few more pics. It looks like it has a Pioneer strainer and looks like Leedy slotted rods and cast hoops. The only identification I could find was a 5 digit number (36283) stamped on the inside. Also the 3 ply shell and rerings butt together and the rerings are nailed with 4 nailes were they overlap.

Those are B&H or Ajax hoops. It's probably an early Boosey and Hawkes or Ajax drum, the serial number stamped on the inside fits too...

Thanks it looks like it could be a B&H or Ajax though couldn't find a image anywhere of an identical snare but a couple that could of been combined at the factory to create this one.
