I have a recent interest in Hal Blaine......specifically film footage of him playing in Las Vegas with Nancy Sinatra on a song called "Drummer Man." Can anyone help?
Hal Blaine??? Last viewed: 18 hours ago
I looked on Youtube for it but only found studio version.. which is Hal playing his famous concert tom hit on. I'm not sure if those Vegas shows back then were recorded or not.

The 2008 film release "The Wrecking Crew" features a segment of Hal Blaine playing a solo on his kit while working in Vegas with Nancy Sinatra. Not sure if that's what you're seeking, but I did see it and his playing within a live concert setting is most impressive.
The Nancy Sinatra clip with Hal is only a few seconds long in the Wrecking Crew documentary. Not sure where a longer version would be found. It's rare footage as it is.

I think I've watched The Wrecking Crew film four times now! Amazing stuff! Check out Muscle Shoals if you get a chance as well.

Denny Tedesco probably knows a source.
