Any idea what to call this part? It's the clamp on the butt plate of a 4 hole Microsensitive throwoff, and mine is missing. I'm using the screw holes to attached snares with string which works well enough, but I'd like to find the missing part. Any thoughts?

I don't know what it's called, I thinks it's always been a part of the assembly with no name...
Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

I checked a vintage Gretsch catalog and can confirm that is one of the few parts that does not even have a 4 digit code...
I guess string works as well as straps, right?
