Looking for opinions on the price of this:

I have a 2 piece Harlequin set already. My snare drum is in very nice condition, however the kick has some major paint flaking. So I'm considering picking this shell up since it's in better condition. This has been listed on e-bay for a while so I'm thinking it's probably over priced, but wanted to see what others thought.

That is a pretty rare finish. If that drum is "in round" I'd be talking to the guy, especially if he threw in the hoops.
