Green Sparkle Bonham Kit Question...

Loading...

I bought a green sparkle maple Bonham kit when I was touring a few years ago and am selling it now. The guy I bought it from special ordered it with blue and olive badges. Is there anyway for me to tell the exact year it was made as well as how many plus the shells are?

I tried to upload an image but it keeps failing :(

Welcome to VDF!

Unless we can see photos of the drums and badges people will only be able to guesstimate when the drums were made. To find out how many plies the shells are; just look at the bearing edge of any of the drums. Count the layers of wood it took to make the shell.

If you reduce the file size of the photos you have, they'll post up for you. Plenty of tutorial threads available here on how to prepare and upload pix.

John

Too many great drums to list here!

I don't think newer Luddies have year serials anymore on the badges, or at least mine don't, but mine are custom ordered.
