FREE snare tension cloth

Hey Guys, I got another cord of that wondeful snare tension cloth in. I love this stuff so much I have it on all my snares. I got a great deal on it so I'm willing to give some to the first 4 members that PM me. It's a small way to give back a little for all the info I get. Peace everyone.....

just an off topic question quick, why don't we have a non-drum section to talk about family,events,humor and stuff, just curious.

Sorry if I was not clear on what this stuff is (judging by the amount of PM's I got LOL) here is a description on snare tension cloth and a pic

They allow the snare wires to sit flatter against the head than the cords which helps against snare buzz and gives a smoother on-off action.

you do have to have the type of wires that have slots to allow the cloth to attach, (not just the 2 little holes that allows cord to go. hope that helps

I love that stuff. Tama used to (might still) ship their snares with something like that. That was my introduction to it. I haven't been able to find the right kind to use on my other snares. Could you post the POC information for those of us that would want to purchase a quantity of it.

Thanks for all the PM's guys..........4 lucky members got in.......will let you all know when I can ship more. as far as supply's go, my friend owns material shop, which I where I got the stuff. I believe the material is called Gross Grain, you can search it, see what comes up!!!! peace

Gary, got it today. Thanks much. I just realized that this is the same stuff that is on the new Tempus snare I got this month. I'm gonna put it on my trusty Supraphonic.

I just realized that this is the same material used on those "Hang around the Neck" ID tags that they use at Expos & Business Conventions etc..

You should get enough for 2 or 3 snare drums from each one.. just sear the ends a little to stop the fraying..
