Why is there a barcode and "Kansas" on a tag which is revealed alittle just below the tag??? I also think this is a newer drum which has been sadly neglected. Am I wrong?? I seriously think there is a barcode there ...

I thought that looked like a newer Ludwig Keystone too. I suspect some rebellious teenager ****ed off his parents by taking some Krylon to his kit. Still people are bidding on the thing.
