Cool, I got a Fullerton kit in the same wrap just last week, (for $200). You need to keep in mind that Al Drew's music in Rhode Island sells reproduction Collet Noses. You are going to need them! Congratulations!

The one collet on there is a repro. I have a 28" late 30's Radio King bass drum with a head that has a AL Drew Music stamp on it.

Grew up in Staven, Class of 74. You're probably a lot younger than me! Bradley St. off of Laurel.

Heh... yeah a bit... Class of '98, Branford. But yeah I don't live far from where you grew up.

There was a nice Rogers kit with the Koa wrap at the Orange Guitar Center recently for something like 299.00 because it had Pearl mounts and probably some other replacements but the shells looked nice for the price... Some good stuff comes through around here, if you keep looking.

That sucks - I almost bought it the same day I got my Luddies, just for principle and to keep 'that' exact thing from happening. Eh. Would have been a nice kit to mess around with.
