Yes indeed... that does change the date of your Dynasonic a tad.. so .. with a serial of #21930, that dates your drum out to 1969, which is now Dayton and not Fullerton, CA.
Things are well, THANKS for asking! I'm still a tad baffled as to all the dates/gigs I've been playing what with our economy firmly entrenched in the crapper, as it were. But no complaints intended or implied. It's been excellent!
