it looks like someone may have added a second tom and made this up from a piece of tube plus a pearl 3 way clamp, to use the single bracket on the bass drum
thank you that helped alot, also can you try to identify the series (export, vision, ect.)
I'm certainly not a pearl expert, but they sure do look like early exports to me.Metal bass drum hoops were used on entry level kits.

That set is a W-5 from around '78.The triple tree mount was fairly common till the mount with the two 7/8 pipes on the bass drum became standard. It should be fairly easy to fix the tree-is the screw stripped out or snapped off?
Hey Patrick...I agree that your mount may be repairable. In the event it isnt, I have one of those Id be happy to let go....just PM me if you are interested......

Teverson's observation is "spot-on." In my mind that's what the kit is, a W-5. It also has the standard mount -- what they called the Model 727-T double tom tom holder. Posted a couple of catalog pages below.
The tom arms are stardard 7/8" diameter arms, so they could be replaced with new ones made today. Same with the mounts on the BD and the Toms. That plate on the BD (727-3) is a part I'm ALWAYS buying...
