I was using Cappella drumsticks for a while years ago because I could buy them cheap from a local retailer, but they were awful; they broke and warped, one by one. Just horrendous quality. I switched to Vater and was turned off by their customer service guy one day (a real d-bag), so a chance meeting with the president of Pro-Mark lead me to try their sticks, and I've been endorsing them since.
