Can anyone tell me the "offical" name/model number for the Ludwig Atlas Cymbal Stand pictured?

Non-tubular legs, and the middle section is tapered (gets smaller) towards it's top.

I recently acquired two of these, except one had the Ludwig wing screws (like on the flat base stuff) on the tripod base and the top of the middle section instead of the T-screws pictured. The other one was as pictured. The one without the T-screws had the two small "bumps" on the vertical tube of the base section to stop the legs from spreading any further down the tube. The T screw model as pictured did not have such bumps. They both however had the T-nut and the "dog ear" collar that pinches the top of the tripod base where the middle section fits in. A history lesson on defining between the two may help too.
