Because of the wood hoops I'd guess that your drum has been customized and may be from a custom drum builder. The closest thing I could find to yours lug-wise was Tempus drums. Check them out.

Still not a dead-on match, but as close as I could find among the carbon fiber drum companies. I was going by lugs.

Might be a Tempus shell, but those are not Tempus lugs.

Tempus sold a lot of raw shells. I bet this is one of them with an unfortunate choice of lugs.
