I thought for a while that this was a Gretsch but I think I'm wrong about that. Does anyone know anything about it? I'm going to sell it as I no longer have need for it, but I need to know more about it first. Thanks VDF!!

Well I think I answered my own question. It seems to be from a Leedy Reliance snare from about the 1930's.
