Can anyone identify this drum and history? I received it with a old farfisa organ deal. I was informed it was a zickos shell with bread and butter lugs. Zickos said they were not in Alabama. I have the other parts but i am in process of cleaning the drum Thanks

Good morning, and Welcome! This looks like a Star to me. Those lugs are from the Star stencils of the 60s and they did make clear drums, called "Crystalites" and they are a good, quality shell. For lack of a proper name, I call them Breadloafs. They are not all that available, and they are also well made. Very few of them show cracking or spidering as seen on virtually everyone elses do. The throw is actually called a Rapid Strainer. If you want to let it go, let me know. Good luck with it! If you need more info, please let me know, I can help you get to the right part of the site.
"I enjoy restoring 60s Japanese "stencil" drums...I can actually afford them..."I rescue the worst of the old valueless drums for disadvantaged Children and gladly accept donations of parts, pieces and orphans, No cockroaches, please...

Weren't Corder Drums (Fibes) made in Huntsville Ala.?
Looks to me it is exactly what it says it is....a local custom made drum using slingerland knock-off lugs.
I just want to say thanks for the help. Yes from what i can find out Jim Corder did purchase the fibes equipment and started making the drums in Huntsville under the name of Corder drums
