Can Anyone Identify These Last viewed: 11 hours ago

These are for sale on my local craigslist. The seller claims they are from the 50's but there are no badges. My guess is that someone could identify them from the lugs.

Thanks in advance...

I think the floor tom is a 60's japanese stencil.

The rack tom looks kinda european to me, german, I'd say, but I could be way off. Those lugs seem familiar.

I have an identical MIJ floor tom except mine is 8 lug. Same lugs, same leg hardware. I bought it second-hand in 1974. You should see vertical-grain luan wood on the inside of your shell with no rerings.

No idea about the mounted tom. Does the grain run vertically or laterally? Rerings?

The blue tom is a Star made drum also is a copy of the Slingerland lug's made in the late 60's the shell could have rings or not.If it does have rings then the shell would be a 3 or 4 ply..If the shell has no rings 7 to 9 ply shell..

The red tom is made by Pearl i have seen these diamond shape type of lug's on about 20 names that Pearl used from about 1969-71.The shell should be again 7 to 9 ply with out rings..
