I need some information on a Camco set. Sizes 18, 12, 14, & 14 snare in very good shape with a stained finish. Looks like an LA badge with some misc. hardware for $1500.

Is that 18" the bass drum? If so, snag em at the price!

Yes, it is an 18" bass.
I believe I know of the kit you're talking about. The badges were pulled to refinish it and holes were drilled to add extra mounts including a Pearl tom mount. These mods drastically reduce the value but it would still make a wonderful player's kit.
Attached are 2 pictures of the set (Ihope)
That is the one . I believe the snare is missing the badge and the bass hoops are also unoriginal.
Despite the "problems" I think $1500 is fair for an LA era with the 18" BD. Pretty sure it would be going for more in a vintage drum store. Within the last year Donn Bennett had one w/o the snare that had been re-wrapped in a maple veneer for about the same price.

$1500 and snag one of those LA badges up on Ebay and you've got a nice players kit at a decent price. Joe is right about drastically reduces the price. No mods and the kit could fetch anywhere from $4K on up.

What's the penalty for calk blocking?
Maybe it's the camera lens but it almost looks like a 20 bd. Nice players kit at any rate.
