Camco Hat Vented Last viewed: 2 hours ago

FYI, these hats were available from Vintage Drum Bug, aka Vinny.

Mine just didn't seem right. Kind of "choked sounding" with the stitched vent. Mallet Player2

Needed to be opened up.

Came across some tarp grommets and a tool to install them in my shop.

Free breathing restored........thank you dristan.

And thanks to Vinny, who has great stuff BTW.

He is awesome to do business with.

I was wondering the same, looks like rim spurs attached to an ashtray or something.

Gotta be careful when you say hat to drummers. Does he make an adapter ? That hole is too for the rod/clutch.

It`s a drum,.....Hit It !!

Scott - I bought two of those caps from Vinny, but I wouldn't put a grommet in mine because people might be tempted to stick their finger in it. :p

John

Too many great drums to list here!

You are totally correct sir.

I spent my nights in establishments with ashtrays everywhere working in clubs. We old bar band dudes can spot em quickly.

No ashtrays in clubs anymore.

Good for screws.

The clip ons are choices for my 40's kit that I am slowly working on.

very slowly..........................

I really like the 3 deco ones in the middle.

Only need 2 though. Would like 1 more for a set.
