What would you use an AKG D112 or a Shure beta 52 for bass drum?

I have both mics plus several other good kick drum mics ie. Audix D-6, EV RE-20, Sennheiser 421.
Between the two that you're comparing, I prefer the Shure Beta 52.
The sound of the mic is, by design, already very close to the EQ that you would add to a kick drum track.

I agree with the above post, shure all the way! I prefer the Shure sound over the AKG sound.
