Wow, that's a big set! Very nice. I didn't know that Ludwig made a 17" mounted tom during that era, but then I'm not a Ludwig guy. Maybe one of the Ludwig experts here will chime in with an evaluation.

I would check reverb and ebay for prices of similar Ludwig kits and I'd do an advanced ebay search for 'sold' items matching your kit, although it might be hard to find a kit that matches yours due to the number of drums and sizes.

It looks to be a late 70s era 6-ply Ludwig with sizes 10x14, 12x15, 16x16, 16x18, 16x20 toms and two virgin 14x24 kicks.

The snare drum looks like a 70s era, 6.5x14 Ludwig Supraphonic. Those sell for $400 to $500 in decent shape.

You'd get the most money selling each drum individually. Selling the kit as a whole might take a while. Just a layman's opinion.

thanks, a lot of good information, I saw some prices on ebay, ,but could not believe it ! $799.00 for a single bass drum? $250.00 for a 16" floor tom. I had no idea they was worth anything like that. thanks again
