Hey Mike, the seller is Josh, the guy I sold the woody 'Levon Helm' style kit to, so we know each other and have already done business together. Super nice guy, I'll be meeting him tomorrow in-person to do the transaction. I haven't had a deep-dish super-sensitive in a long time. I'm really looking forward to this one.

Not at all. I've been buying very selectively. I've just been real lucky that when the bargains do show up, I've been catching them shortly after they were posted. I haven't been buying a lot, but I haven't passed up a good deal in months. 'Some' will eventually be resold, but the cool part is, I get to keep some of the gems I find.

This drum I bought from Josh turned out to be a COB. As soon as I lifted it, I thought, brass! I asked Josh if he wanted to back out of the deal with no reservations, hurt feelings, or regrets. He said he wanted to stick to the deal and 'do the deal' we did! I couldn't be happier and I'm sure Josh is happy the drum got sold so fast. Plus, he's got more cool stuff from his own collection he wants to sell and I'm excited that we're close enough to each other for me to be able to check things out in-person. I rarely get to see things in-person before I buy them these days. I do most of my buying, selling, trading on-line.

Thanks, Josh. Always a pleasure... this one is a 'Keeper.'
