50's Slingerland Kit w/Artist Snare - How much is it worth?

Not mine. This is on ebay and has been for a while. I've watched the price drop.

Question to you experts: If you got it at the opening bid plus shipping, given the work it needs and extra holes on the snare, how good of a deal would that be?

If I bought it, ideally I'd keep the snare, steal the BD spurs/mounts to replace the incorrect ones on my kit, and part out the rest or sell as a set. I've got a spare tone control for the tom. Or, you could buy it and sell me the spurs for 50 bucks. Now THAT'S a deal!

That does seem like a good price, but man they really botched up that snare drum.

Yeah, it looks like termites tried to build a colony in it, but I think it can't affect the sound much. Makes it a player, but boy, what a player!

Ok, another question: If I bought the kit, stole the snare & BD spurs, what would be a reasonable selling price for the BD & toms (after I give it a clean-up)? How long do you think I'd have to sit on it before someone would be interested?
