50's model rapid strainer problem Last viewed: 10 hours ago

Loading...

I have a 59 hollywood ace snare. The rapid strainer on it looks and works great however, something is preventing it from staying locked in the snare "on" position. If in the snare "on" position and you let go of the lever it just falls down. Does anyone have any suggestions or do I just need to get a replacement? Thanks!

I'd just replace it. The PIA of trying to fix the one you have is going to be even worse than the 20 minutes and 60 bucks to replace it.
