Such an interesting tensioning design, with the double female outer sleeve. Was that the norm in this era?

I am very lucky. I happen to have 2 beautiful kits from that era and a bdp straggler in the mix. I don’t think I will find anything like it anytime soon.
The 3 amigos. I am sure you probably know the history of Big Blue, Little Rose is it’s little sister.
