Do you have an asking Price?
Those look brand spankin new. Great looking drums!
Not a guru just havin fun with some old dusty drums.

Nice set. It's not a QuadraPlus (quad = 4 rack toms), it's a Power Factory.
Thanks tubelugs for the correction on the kit name. The set was bought new in 1978 by a dear friend of mine who passed away a few years ago and I inherited it. It was jobbed for about 10 years then stored for the balance. It has average scuffs and rash for a kit this old. The crome and wrap cleaned up great. I haven't seen a set like this for sale so I am thinking $1,200 drums and set hardware, no cymbals, cymbal stands and no snare and no cases. It had the old fibre cases but they are in rough shape. Great set for hard rock or metal player. I'm doing small group jazz and oldies bands so I don't have a use for it or I would keep it for sure!! Let me know if my price is in the ball park. Thanks.
Pardon a dumb question, how do the concert toms sound in comparision to standard toms, I have heard the open bottom gives different type of sound, wondering how it projects. and how the tone is...beautiful set, good thing you don't live close to me, I'd walk over there now and pick em up.

The concert toms have an open sound and sound great played loud or miked up. I have the original silver dot heads on the 8/10 and Evans Hydraulics on the 13/14/15/16 and 18 floor. Great sound when you go around the toms. Think the Phil Collins sound on I Don't Care Anymore or In the Air Tonight. I am not a big fan of Hydraulics but they work well in this configuration. I am going to post a youtube vid for my internet sale ads. I will put the link up when it's available. I'm in the Chicago area. Too long of a walk???
Thanks,
Johnny
