1972 Rogers

Picked this up today.

Needs a few things:

Swiv-O-Matic mounts

a few bass drum tension rods

But it's a great vintage player and looks good.

24" kicks are just cool.

Too bad about the Yamaha-style mounts, but still a great players kit! I've no doubt that the 24" bass drum sounds killer!

It looks the tom mounts are smaller, so the Swiv-O-Matics should cover all the holes.

The bass drum mount could be an adventure though....

Interestingly enough, the spurs and their mounts are correct.

We will definitely be able to make some money renting this kit.

A small backline provider with vintage American kits is virtually unheard of.

Your gonna like that 24" once you get it tuned up. I have a "big R" kit with a 24" and I love it. I put a P3 on the batter and a smooth white on the reso with just a little dampening, and man does it go BOOM!

I took the Yamaha mount off to have a look....

The Yamaha foot print is larger and it looks like the center hole was drilled out quite a bit.

Guess that's it for replacing the original bass drum mount without a new wrap.

possibly you can make a adapter plate so you can cover the new holes and use original hardware. thats a nice kit i have one in the same wrap. 13, 15, rack

toms, 14, 16,18, floor toms and a 24 kick they sound amazing! enjoy
