I dont know much about them. they are black diamand pearl, they have no bottoms, and the bass has just a little bit of missing paint. Mainly just wanting to know how rare and what price.

Do you own these or are you looking to buy them? They're not particularly rare as if there were only 5 ever made but their not something you can buy at every Guitar Center either but they're out there. The bad things are obvious that the bottom rims are missing. The bass hoop is ruffed up and missing the inlay. The Camber cymbals are a worthless factor to the value. The good news is that there's a H.H. and B.D. pedal. The COB rims will clean up nicely. There's a chance the snare could be a single ply Artist. My own opinion would be somewhere between $400 and $600. I personally would go right in the middle.

Shoulda stopped after the 1st sentence! Just kidding buddy!

Sky Blue Pearl. Looks like a Gene Krupa Deluxe kit, but I think the bass drum is a 20, which is cool. I sold a 22/13/16 (actual Krupa set up) in near mint (with matching snare) for $1000 this year, so that gives you an idea what they might be going for with all the missing parts. Id say $500 tops if you have the parts. Then again, the snare is probably worth $250 if its complete and cleaned up, and who knows...it could be a single ply since its an Artist. Anything $500 or under Id say its worth the project. I'm not sure how bad you want them. Most guys with lots of vintage drums won't pay real prices for Slingerland stuff.

Hey Chewy... you got a real nice project kit there. Somebody would definately want to put some time and money into bringing those drums back.

You should get $500 all day for those drums with the stands and pedals.

Nice project for somebody to take on!

Not a Guru... just interested..

Those drums may be sky blue pearl, but I have a pair of Slingerland orphans from the early 70's that are definitely not SBP but look very similar to this kit. They appear to be a very faded version of BDP I suppose but quite grey in appearance. I bought them as a re-wrap project some time ago but have done nothing with them. They look very similar to this kit.
