1961 Slingerland Snare Throw Left of Badge?

Have what I believe to be a 1961 Student model Hollywood Ace. However, from all the pictures I see of this particular drum, the throw is to the right of the badge; mine is to the left. Was this common?

Slingerland did not seem to follow any set placement of badge, throw and muffler.
