1960's Gretsch Progressive Vintage Round Badge Drum set with two bass drums.

14x20 and 14x18 bass drums, 14x14 floor tom, 12 tom, 14 snare.

The 18" bass drum is a floor tom conversion from a 1980's Gretsch floor tom and has been done up in the correct vintage round badge and hardware. (Gretsch legs. cymbal stand mount and Pratt muffler). I did not have a tom mount put on it. Next owner can decide.

The rest of the kit was born together in the early mid 60's.

All work was done by Anthony Defusco from Village Drum in RI. Anthony is one the best drum artisan's out there. His work is accurate and meticulous!

Excellent condition and sounds amazing! All drums recently rewrapped in white pearl to match the WMP Gretsch that Max Roach played. Bass drum hoops have been repainted. All edges have been trued. (This makes a HUGE difference in tone and tuning.)

Standard heads fit nicely on this kit. The lugs and hoops are in great shape.

This kit is the best of both worlds. Looks brand new but has that 60's Jazz bop sound. Great players kit too. No worries about having match the wrap.
