First generation Hollywood kit with jazz festival snare. Clear maple interior on the bass and the toms are mahogany. It is time for these drums to find a new home.

5 PC Ludwig Sky Blue Pearl Set 1960 Shell Pack. Needs minor restoration and all drum shells are solid. Heads are new. Kick drum trim needs repair (rings) small nicks from the drum lugs. Inlay could use some help as well.

The kit is beautiful and in stellar condition. I'm asking for offers over 3,000 but can be negotiated. If the kit sells at or over the price I'm asking, I have some hardware that can go with the kit. Your choice as I have lots of vintage hardware. Will not ship No Way!! I could not stand it if the kit were to become damaged or lost. Location is Richmond MI 48062.

No serial numbers on the kit.

Kick Drum - No Date can be found. (22x16)

Floor Tom - Dated Sept 19, 1960 (16x17)

Snare - Dated Sept 13, 1960 (14x6)

Toms (2) are dated Sept 20, 1960 (13x10)

Condition of set 9/10

GREAT LOOKING KIT! However, just thought that I'd let you know that in your description you state that it's a blue oyster set when you should have stated sky blue pearl. Good luck with your sale. I've got a Ludwig Downbeat as well as a Ludwig Clubdate in that wrap and simply love it.

Nice kit, I had a sky blue pearl one not long ago with a 12,16,20 that I sold for to a guy in England, good luck.
