Looks like there were 2 small holes. Going to take it down as close as I can, and repair.

Two trouble spots, both around the spur mount holes in the bass drum. I am definitely taking my time on this shell. I'm going to have to get creative...

This will take a few nights.....I think. Any suggestions on what I could use to get a hard, clear glue off of wood? Without ruining the wood.

Frustrating. This black stuff, some of it is not coming off easy. Enough wood filler on this bass drum to create a whole other one.
