1960 MIJ Pearl (Help w/ id-ing wrap?)
Over the years, I've seen quite a few MIJ stencil kits wrapped in uncatalogued finishes. Here are some pictures of a no-name kit I had some years ago....

This kit has been for sale for quite some time now. It's also been mentioned both here and over at DFO. I've seen a few "Trump" drums over the years....
