That's an Older New Stamp. Late '60's - early '70's. Drumaholic could give you a definitive value, but in this market I'd guess $1700 to around $2000....

The two small ones looks to me like a pair of sock cymbals, and I don't mean the alternative term for a more modern hi hat.
