Heck, bad CL descriptions is a whole 'nother thread itself! LoLoLoLo
Another peeve: Stuffing the bass drum half full of crap, might as well play a cardboard box.
Photos of nice kits / bass drums resting directly on concrete, asphalt, gravel, etc... Makes me cringe every time.
That one gets me too. Others are modern bearing edges on vintage drums, moongel & too muffled drums.
Listing some drums on a kit for sale diameter x depth, and others depth x diameter (on the same kit, in the same ad).
Ahead Armor is guilty of this. Great cases but very inconsistent when listing the sizes; i.e. it might say a 20x14 bass drum and then say 18x22... I recently almost bought a floor tom case thinking it was 16x14 when it was actually 14x16.
Also, who has a 14x16 floor tom?
Putting a set up for sale with dirt and fingerprints all over it, and wanting top $. TAKE 1/2 HOUR AND WIPE IT DOWN.
I wonder what such people do when the drum has a Remo batter and Evans reso... Remo-Evans?
Oh,....they're concert toms....
I hate that one.

me too ! drives me nuts
and pet peeve #2 for me:
Non-drummers' CL or Ebay listings showing only the heads, as if that's the most important thing about a drum....

Any idea what this snare might be?
