Despite the fact that I have two sets of red onyx drums (and I figured I was pushing it) this guy has just one set and has about ten more in that one set than I have in two. I guess you just can't get enough of them. They really are beautiful. Cool1

Love the Red Onyx Rogers...and...he plays with passion! I'm going to be honest, though, and say I'm not crazy about his snare sound. Just too low for me, but, that's only my opinion!

It seemed a little strange seeing a Rogers kit with metal hoops on the bass drums (other than on the R-360 & 380 kits) as well as double tone controls on the toms. I'll never understand the need for three floor toms, but that's just me, I guess. I've got enough "challenges" with my little 3-piece kits (lol).D' Drummer
