Block/Avoid ebay buyer "fazi-enric"

Hi all.

happy to take this thread off if this is not the place for it.

I sold a Gretsch 70s kit for $900 BIN on ebay and the buyer never paid -never responded. Waste of time and I got my fee back but you can't leave negative feedback for buyers. sweet.

"fazi-enric" was the buyer out of Australia but had a US zip listed for shipping.

I had the same problem with him. Ebay does not allow you to leave negative feedback about a buyer but you can leave positive feedback and then manually write the bad stuff. The worst part was that I had to wait x amount of days to be able to re-list it.

This Guy needs to be avoided like the plague... there was an earlier thread re his dealings..

Here's a couple of quotes from a gent that was (until recently) working for him..

"I used to help the owner of atlarge music, unfortunately he isn't exactly honest and I refused to service his demands"..

"I have no association with enrich fazio anymore due to his inability to operate an honest business"..

Same thing with me.

He used Precision Drums mailing address which I know (my mom lives down the street) so I knew something was up. Then no contact, no payment, nothing.

I had probs too.....bought a BDP Rogers kit with 26" BD from me though...came through on that deal...next one....nada........

Good to know and yes you get your fees back etc. But what a waste of time . Why do people do crap like this ?

Warning ... Avoid member statuscymbal here, vintage_collector on DFO , and americanpatriot10 on eBay. Email me for his name. All are the same shady guy who has burned me and a list of other members on both boards . He is also selling on Facebook too ..

Yes this stuff sucks bigtime.... Going thru the same at present with a Paiste I had up on Gumtree... I was hoping for a local sale, but no, I get a "I'll buy it" from interstate... spent an hour on packing.. trip to the PO.. confirm shipping price with customer... He agrees.. Give him payment details... delete the listing... and there it stands... no further contact...

My EBAY policy is USA SHIPPING ONLY, but I still get the same question form perhaps the same person every time I sell something drum related: "HI, WILL YOU SHIP TO BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA? CHEERS". If you sell on EBAY you've probably

gotten the same question.

Yes but note...

We are not all crooks down here.. I have (as many other OZ VDF members have) made lots of successful transactions such as that.. "USA only" items actually annoy me... A buck is a buck no matter where it comes from... Tracking works internationally so what's the problem... filling out a one minute customs declaration? ..

From Oz I have sold & shipped to UK, France, and back to US with no problems whatsoever...
