Is mapex drum sets good or bad? Are ludwig drum sets good or bad too?

Please inform us if we're in a discussion with the mother or the son. I'd prefer to address you properly if conversing with the son rather than talkiing about you. If I'm talking with the mother, I can tailor my comments to the mother of an aspiring drummer.

They are decent quality in their upper level drums. But, they are not in any league anywhere near the Rogers drums that you already have.

Extra single tom toms are usually available on eBay or from members of this forum who have lots of drums. Mounted toms or front toms or ride toms or rack toms are names for the smaller toms. Floor toms are the larger ones with legs. Blue Glass Glitter or Sparkle is the all time most popular drum finish for Rogers and other brands of drums.
