Premier drum kit identification

Good day to all.

I have recently purchased a 4 piece premier kit with a silver glitter finish I believe is a lacquer finish. The badge is the Capital P with made in england. no serial numbers. The lugs are 1 piece across the shells including the floor tom. Sizes / 24 inch bass / 13 tom / 16 floor / 6 or 6.5 X14 snare / The kit is huge in sound and I love this kit. The wood I think may be either birch or combination birch and ???????? / The chrome and hardware are impeccable as is the finish.

I was told this kit may have been a custom order from Premier as the sizes and finish are unique. Frankly, I LOVE THIS KIT!!!!!! At age 59 I have found my be all to end all................I have owned quite a few kits in my time as currently own 4 more excluding the Premier (2 ludwigs / North kit and Taye rock tour series) Anyone that can shed some light on the premier kit , greatly appreciated.

cheers to all

A friend of mine is a producer. He's no slouch he's worked with some big names both here and in the U.S. He loves getting a warm phat drum sound from live kit's in the studio and 70's Premier is his Favourite. He also loves old Ludwig, and Sonor phonics. Anything else is doable/quite nice, and DW is just "toneless B=====ks". That is his opinion. Go Premier!
