I have Rogers Holiday 13" tom from Fullerton and serial number it's 10800 . Somebody help me with year of production ?

That looks like an early Fullerton. It has the second gen large Fullerton borderless tag. I'd guess around 70-71.

That borderless Fullerton 10800 tag would be 1969 (one of the first Fullerton Holiday tags after the move from Dayton). It's close enough in production that it could have been factory-shipped with the rest of your set. All your 217XX tags would be early 1970 Fullertons before the Holiday name was replaced by "Power Tone" in late 1970.

According to the Rogers book, the borderless tags came after the ones with borders, so that is the second gen after the move. Also, It is my understanding Holiday changed to Powertone in or around 69...
