What do you think? Last viewed: 2 hours ago
guitar3Hey Larry....I think the intro to "IF" is just an electric guitar with the tremolo switch on and a wa wa pedal being used. Sorry...just vamping on some soft pop while waiting for pics or....faded photographs.
I will take some help uploading some photos please. I took them with my phone and then sent them to my email and saved them to my computer, which is a PC. Thanks in advance.
In Windows you can open the pic with paint and use the image option, select "stretch/skew", select a smaller percentage, and save.........
If you will call me tonight we can get on our computers at the same time and I'll walk you through it.
Go to my profile and email me..... we can trade numbers and set up a time.

I did offer help. Not sure about your scouring here ... a bit off-base.
All was done with a smile and a pat on the back. None of it was venomous or destructive. Just a group of happy drummers having fun and helping each other out. Smile.
You can email the pics to one of us and we can help. You can also get some brilliant instruction from this site about how to resize pics. I'm using a Mac and it's kinda done on the 'auto', so I'm not totally with-it on what the kids are using these days to resize pics on a PC.
Have some pics of the kit but they say they are not the right size and they cannot be formatted. Now what LOL?!?!?!
Easy..right click the file and select "open with" ... Open with windows picture manager... Up at the top one of the drop down menu options will be to resize. By selecting the size options on the right it should show the size of the new file before you resize it. Click save and your done... It might also have a custom size option where you can type in your own dimensions
Try looking here, this could help out.

TDK...just some general thoughts about your Luddy Downbeats.
1. That kit is highly desirable by collectors and jazz players alike. Classic small group jazz sizes..20,14,12. Those 3 ply babies sound awesome tuned up or down.
2. Champagne sparkle makes that kit even more desirable. Especially if the wrap has little or no fade. Unfortunately that color is notorious for fading unevenly, resulting in a kit that appears to be mismatched. If it's a player though....who cares!
3. I thought that kit usually came with a matching downbeat snare but nothing wrong with the supra.
4. Paint chipping on the hoops is no big deal and hoops tend to warp if they are standing in a corner but not usually when they are on the drum.
5. Maybe you can elaborate on "paint chipping inside" to give us a better idea
6. I know there are tons of guys on this forum who own downbeats and tons who wished they did...including me. We're all waiting to see pics but no pressure...we're not going anywhere. Have fun!
Is there an advantage to filing receipts in alphabetical order or should they be kept in a chronological system? How many times should a man allow himself to be subjected to Air Supply's Greatest Hits before he informs his date that "it's just not going to work out"?If a picture paints a thousand words then why can't I paint my cat?Pretend you are a bus driver. You head out on your route at six in the morning. The first stop takes on five passengers. The second stop brings in seven more. Then a kindergartner gets sick and the bus lets off three to allow them to get clean clothes. The bus heads out again and picks up nine more before arriving at school. When the doors open to let the kids off, the realization hits that the driver forgot to make a stop. So, the bus heads back out and pick up six more kiddos. Now, back at school, the kiddos are released off the bus. One of the little darlings sticks his gum on the drivers head. How long is the bus drivers hair?Is it wrong to accept payment for simple jobs done for a friend of the family? Thanks for this. These questions have been hanging over my head and I've lost quite a bit of sleep as of late. Sincerely appreciate the open forum. ... and welcome.
Still laughing....You actually can paint you cat.You just need an industrial staple gun, blow torch and a rattle can of your favorite spray paint, and last but not least...a good lawyer.

You can't scare me away that easily, but I had a hard time figuring out what the heck was happening at first LOL!!!
I am working on the pics. They will be up as soon as I can resize them.
Thanks!
