I think I have a Hinger Touch Tone throw off in my parts bin. I know not what you are looking for. Just thought Id mention it.

All I know is that when I hear "Hinger Touch Tone" I think of Billy Cobham and the Total Eclipse album. He listed the drum in his album credits.

Might just be me, but I don't think "The Sewer Pipe Snare Drum" was their official catalogue name ;-)
I played one for a while - the fibreglass version. I remember it quite well. Loud, sensitive, very orchestral. In Australia, Hinger were best known for orchestral mallets. I had a residency in a good gig in the middle of town, decent PA, so people loaned me drums all the time. I liked the Hinger but it wasn't completely my cup of tea. The drum you are speaking of was a metal pipe drum. I think you needed an Atlas stand to hold it Falling Do
